Book a Treatment

Please wear comfortable clothes for your appointment.
Aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment begins.

You can cancel class/treatment bookings up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system online www.kikiwellness.co.uk or by emailing info@kikiwellness.co.uk. We do not accept phone calls.
For yoga: if you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account.
For treatments/appointments: you will be offered an alternative day and time to suit, rather than a refund.
We understand that cancellations will occur but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students/clients from booking places or time slot for treatments. If you cancel a class/treatment booking less than 24 hours of the class/treatment start time, the class/treatment will not be credited back to your pass or refunded.
Yoga classes: We require that you sign into class a minimum of 2 hours prior to the class start time. Doors open 15 minutes before class to allow you time. If you arrive once the doors are closed and the class has started you will not be able to attend the class and this will be treated as a late cancellation.
