A 75 min yoga class designed to boost body & mind to step into Spring with renewed clarity & energy.
Face Yoga: learn a variety of techniques, expressions & massage points during this 20 minute session to help improve circulation, stimulate facial muscles, & soften facial lines as well as to lift and support skin elasticity and give you a warm rosy glow! Plus it will almost certainly make you laugh out loud which is also brilliant for your whole face!
Finish with a soothing 25 minute yoga nidra meditation to support complete relaxation of body, mind and leave you feeling fully restored and recharged.
